Aged white tea from Yunnan, China. Cultivated using traditional and natural farming techniques. White tea follows the most simple form of transformation. It is harvested by hands, and sun dried. No process of "firing" is done, which allow the leaves to naturally and slowly oxidize with time.

Naturally containing L-Theanine, an amino acid important in the formation of a neurotransmitter called GABA, which affects the release of dopamine and serotonin, promoting alpha brain wave activity, concentration, relaxation, mental alertness and calm. Preciously helpful for anxiety/stress and to uplift the mood.

Tasting experience:  The liquor offers a sumptuous combination of sweet and tangy flavors, fragrances of cinnamon and honey, smooth velvety texture, vanilla accents and woody spicy character. Delicious served both cold and warm. 

Energy experience (Qi): Water element tea. Yin in essence. Incredibly feminine and soft in presence. Inviting gentle awakening, joy, grace, creativity, mental alertness and upward energy.

Brewing guide:

  • Teapot: 250 ml water · 80°C water · 3-5g tea · 2 minutes infusion. 
  • Gong Fu Cha: 100 ml water · 85°C water · 3 tsp tea · Multiples Infusions; (1st) 25 sec, (2nd) 20 sec, (3rd) 35 sec, and +15 sec every additional infusions.
  • If served cold, brew first respecting water temperature and time depending on the technique use. Then, pour in a thermos with ice, shake, let it cool down and serve or store in the fridge for a few hours.
