Due to the small-batch, limited-edition nature of the products in our holiday capsule collection, all items are FINAL SALE.
IN STORE AND CURBSIDE RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase date. All products must be in unused, unwashed condition, and with all original tags still attached.
SHIPPING
Please note that we ship Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. We are not shipping internationally at this time. Orders over $250 will ship for free - use code FREESHIPPING at checkout. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at heyhey@shop-folklore.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that Folklore is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen once they are in the hands of our designated mail carrier (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc). Folklore uses recycled packaging for every shipment, repurposed when possible.
CURBSIDE PICK UP
If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please choose the "Pick Up" option at checkout to waive the shipping fee and in some cases, you’ll receive a gift card. We will email you when your order is ready. We are available for curbside pick up daily, 10am-6pm. Please note that curbside orders are subject to the store return policy which is store credit/exchange only.
